About the event

Spring is a time of birth, renewal, and blossom. The cool veil of winter is set aside and buds formed in months of quiet preparation burst into life. Pops of color, fragrance, and activity greet us in spring and invite us to experience the unique gifts of the season.

Join Payton Hoegh to mark the vernal equinox with a time of mindful engagement with the wisdom of the wilder world.

For this walk and microretreat, we will gather to observe and experience the landscape and wildlife of Paradise Falls. Together, we’ll be attentive to signs of spring’s arrival and reflect on what the natural world can teach us about growth, renewal, and wholeness.

Our time together will include:

  • Guided Meditation

  • Solo Wandering

  • Spring Walk
