About the event
The term pilgrimage often brings to mind long walks in distant destinations, yet we can bring the mind and heart of a pilgrim to wherever we are. Journey with us on a pilgrimage in your own back yard. Led by Leah Rampy, former executive director of the Shalem Institute, and Beth Norcross, executive director of The Center for Spirituality in Nature, will lead us as we open to the beauty and wisdom all around and within. Through the pilgrim practices of silence and reflection, we will pause our busy minds, sharpen our senses, and bring home the blessings of the living world.
We’ll start online with a little guidance and instruction and then encourage you to walk slowly and contemplatively in your own backyard or local park. Bring your journal if you have one and your open hearts to see what might be revealed.
