About the event

We invite you to join us online for a noon-time (EST) or morning (PST, MT, CST) moment of nature-based meditation and reflection, led by Payton Hoegh. While this offering draws from the rhythm and teachings of the Lenten season, the meditations will be accessible and engaging for people of all faith traditions and allow for deep dialogue with fellow practitioners.

We will begin at 12:00 pm EST with a slow reading of the Monday Note from Nature and guided centering practice. Participants will be invited to engage both the natural world and the text from each week in purposeful reflection while stepping outside, looking out the window, or contemplating the note's accompanying picture.

At 12:30 pm EST, those who wish to sign off are invited to do so. We will then offer an optional time of group dialogue and sharing, exploring insights together until 1:00 pm.

Registration is available for the full series until after the first session on Feb. 19. Then available separately for each week.

Zoom Video Call instructions will be shared after registration.

If you are not already registered to receive our weekly Monday Notes from Nature, please subscribe here so that you can follow along with our meditations. Proceeds from this program will help us defray some of the costs of offering this series and our weekly Monday Notes from Nature offering.
