Autumn Walk: Finding Sabbath in Nature | Self-Guided

This curriculum will include an agenda that you can easily follow on your own or with a group you are gathering in your area. It suggests a schedule, spiritual practices and appropriate quotes for experiencing and learning about sabbath from the plants and animals you encounter on your walk through local sacred ground. This agenda can be easily tailored to your own needs. While we suggest that you walk on Green Sabbath weekend October 20-23, you can use the agenda at any time.
