About the Event
In these anxious and uncertain times, we invite you to join us online for the next four weeks for a time of nature-based meditation and reflection.
We will begin with a quiet, guided meditation, then share together insights into the unprecedented and interesting time in which we are living. We will explore together the wisdom that the non-human elements of our community might be offering. And, we will share ways to cope individually as well as reach out to the most vulnerable within our community.
